This is the confirmation page required by section 312k of the German Civil Code. Your statement takes effect on submission; you will receive a confirmation of receipt with date and time by email straight away.

Type of cancellation

The address of your account. The confirmation of receipt goes there.

For example “Pro, monthly” or a customer or invoice number.

Optional. Without a date we cancel at the earliest possible time.

Optional — postal address or phone number, in case we should reach you another way.

Optional for an ordinary cancellation, required for an extraordinary one.
